How does delivery work? We deliver the day of your arrival and we can sometimes have the equipment waiting for you upon your arrival. You provide your resort and/or property management contact information if available. You are responsible to notify your place of stay about the delivery. However we make the delivery arrangements for you and contact you the day before you fly home to arrange a pick up time.
What is Go Maui Rentals cancellation policy? We have a 48 hour equipment cancellation policy. Anything canceled prior to 48 hours is 100% refundable. However grocery delivery service is 24 hours and certain activities may vary depending on the vendor.
Is there a delivery fee for equipment rentals? No. We don’t charge a delivery fee but we do have a minimum order of $40. For grocery delivery we do charge a 25% shopping fee or a flat rate of $45 for orders under $150.
How do you clean your baby equipment? We use a plant derived cleaner that is made for use around children. It doesn’t leave any type of chemical residue so there’s no chance of any skin irritations. Fragrance free!
Do you deliver car seats to the airport? Unfortunately we do not deliver car seats to the airport.
What happens if we damage or lose any equipment? You are responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or damaged equipment. We inspect all equipment prior to delivery to insure you only get items free of damage.
