How does delivery work?
We deliver the day of your arrival and we can sometimes have the equipment waiting for you upon your arrival. You provide your resort and/or property management contact information if available. You are responsible to notify your place of stay about the delivery. However we make the delivery arrangements for you and contact you the day before you fly home to arrange a pick up time.
Is there a delivery fee for equipment rentals? No. We don’t charge a delivery fee but we do have a minimum order of $40. For grocery delivery we do charge a 25% shopping fee or a flat rate of $45 for orders under $150.
